He is a multisport athlete and an ex-college football player until injuring himself during the game he loves. It is through his own athletic accomplishments and his own struggle through injuries that makes him one of the best trainers for anyone trying to elevate their strength.
Wayne specializes in young athletic speed and agility training, including but not limited to tennis, football, and baseball/softball. He also has a passion for challenging all of his clients to push their limits in 1 on 1 sessions, small groups, or bootcamp classes. Wayne is a well-versed trainer and can adapt to meet every client’s needs. Wayne will never forget your name, or injuries, and will always push you to your max!
Autumn is duel player here at Phayze3! She is a personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach. Autumn comes from a background of high athleticism. She excelled in high school sports and continues to bring that competitive drive to her training today. Autumn has a deep-rooted passion for fitness and nutrition both. She feels the missing puzzle piece with so many people is the nutrition aspect of overall wellness. As a certified personal trainer, Autumn focuses on personalized workouts that incorporate the clients’ interests while challenging them to become the best version of themselves. As a nutrition coach, she knows that it often takes tackling the emotional side of food and eating in ordered to overcome the obstacles of health. Whether you are a former athlete trying to get back into shape, just starting out, or trying to lose that baby weight, Autumn is here to provide accountability and support to elevate you! She prides herself on creating a community that focuses on whole human wellness and shapes habits that are both attainable and sustainable.
Christina is a Functional Nutritionist holding a Master's degree in Functional and Integrative Nutrition. She is one of the nutritionists of She Thrives, a subset of Phayze3. She has had a long running passion for nutrition, mind/body connection, and overall wellness. Her passion lies in teaching clients to harness the power of whole foods to heal their bodies. Whether you have a chronic illness, gut issues that you cannot resolve, or you struggle with an unhealthy relationship with food and/or body image, Christina can help coach you to success and create positive changes to carry through your lifetime.

Destiny Woods is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach! She is also a 4th degree black belt with multiple state championships and over 14 years of martial arts experience! The passion she has for martial arts has inspired her to pursue her fitness career. She has been working as an instructor for over 7 years and enjoys working with children as well through teaching taekwondo, self-defense, and now BOOTCAMPS as well!
Kmaron “KP” Patterson is a former D1 athlete who loves competing in sports and in the gym. He is one of our amazing personal trainers and also coaches bootcamp!
